You can setup allowed parameters of temperature range for each wireless temperature sensor, as well as define defrost algorithm for freezing equipment to filter out standard freezing equipment operation temperature rising due to defrost times. Automated reporting reduces manual temperature reading reduces mistakes and saves people resources. You will be able to get alarms by email or sms when temperature is out of range and set up automatic summary reports for dedicated people. Cum functioneaza

Remote temperature monitoring system SensGuard consists of three components - wireless temperature sensors, temperature data collector and online monitoring system. Wireless temperature sensors have guaranteed battery life 5+years. Sensors records temperature parameters each 5 minutes. All temperature statistics goes to a temperature data collector, which transmits the information to a central database via LAN or Internet. One data collector may service up to 200 sensors within a radius of 150 m (or up to 500 m, using signal repeaters).  All wireless temperature sensors are certified with temperature reading accuracy within 0.5 ℃.  

Freezing equipment in grocery stores or supermarkets are used very often and temperature inside may change rapidly due to hot air flow through opened cover, but product temperature changes slowly. So it is needed to filter out rapid temperature changes from short term hot air flow. 

SensGuard remote temperature monitoring system allows to switch between two temperature measurement modes:

• Exact temperature measurement mode for very sensitive locations as drug storage where air temperature should be very stable all the time.  

• Digital filter floating average temperature mode for common locations as refrigerator in supermarket where air temperature changes rapidly when customer opens a door of freezer and hot air comes in, but you need to control stored food temperature rather air temperature. This special mode designed to avoid short term temperature raising peaks that comes from refrigerator doors opening.  

Temperature data collector automatically forwarding all information to the online temperature monitoring system, where it is displayed in a various reports and charts. You can adjust the individual parameters of min/max of allowed temperature for each sensor, as well as an algorithm for determining the defrost mode for the refrigeration equipment. Each user will get automatic notifications about all temperature violations according to individual settings. All temperature violations recorded in the system and informs the user. Software

Remote temperature monitoring software is cloud based reporting application with multi user interface. You can see various statistical reports per sensor, sensor group or all object. Each temperature sensor can have individual min/max measurement parameters, defrost detection algorithm and failure detection algorithm. For convenient usage all sensors can be placed to a premises interactive map for easy problems spotting. As well as it is possible to upload exact temperature sensor installation photo that is very useful for service purposes.  

You can setup alarm notification settings for each user and select what alarm type they need to get. There are three alarm types in the system:

• White alarm – common alarm for short term temperature violations.  
• Yellow alarm – long term temperature violations.  
• Red alarm – long term temperature violations that happening simultaneously with many sensors.
